First Vomit
Adlai woke up in my arms at 6 am this morning, sputtered a few times and then vomited. He had trouble sleeping last night (hence the sleeping in bed with his parents) which we now, of course, suspect was due to a stomach ache. We turned on the lights to clean up the mess and Adlai was completely drained of color. After a few seconds of pondering a rush to the emergency room, Adlai saw Daddy and gave him a big smile. His color eventually returned and Simon gave him a bath to remove the Eau de Stomach Acid.

Poor Adlai, and poor little Simon :-) Imagine being woken up in the middle of the night to bathe your stinky little brother. You guys certainly have him well trained! :-)

I guess things have changed since my day. What could have caused it? We were not allowed to put the baby in our bed and it meant more hours sitting up trying to soothe them..Arlene used to throw up after every bottle and we had to force feed her. Look at her now. Im for the modern ways.
