Since January 2006, Hava Kagle has worked as a Senior Interaction Designer in the Mobile Devices Group of Motorola. She'd tell you what she is working on but then she would have to kill you (or get fired). In January 2006 she moved the family from Mountain View, California to Chicago, Illinois to work at Motorola's Chicago Design Center. In January 2007 she moved the family back to Mountain View to work at Motorola's Sunnyvale Outpost. Oops!

Prior to Motorola, Hava was employed as an Information Architect at the Research Libraries Group, a not-for-profit membership organization of libraries, archives, and museums, working together to create solutions to the challenges of information access and management (now part of OCLC). She had worked at RLG since just before she received her Masters degree in Library and Information Science in 1998. Prior to that she developed web sites for educational and government organizations.

Hava enjoys spending time with her Spousal Unit, her Terrorific Wee Boys, and (sometimes) her Fetus. You can email Hava by placing "havamarie" in front of "@yahoo.com".

Matthew Kagle at one time was ostracized for being strange and now treats it as a badge of honor. Luckily, he found a job teaching game design at the Art Institutes of California in San Francisco where strangeness (and being a ham in front of an audience) is an asset. When he moved to Chicago, Matthew transferred his teaching skills to the Art Institute of Illinois.

Prior to teaching, Matthew worked at a variety of video game companies as a Level Designer and, for a number of years, as a technical writer at Oracle. Matthew has a Master's Degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Matthew spends his time taking care of Simon, working on technical projects, being involved with the video game universe and feeling guilty for not paying enough attention to his pet bird. You can email Matthew by placing "forethought" in front of "@yahoo.com".

The Fetus is due on December 17, 2007 in Santa Clara, California. He is likely to be as energetic and silly as his big brother. The Fetus has the distinction of being the seventh Kagle boy in a row and, probably, the last Kagle of this generation (unless Auntie Laura and Uncle Jon are going to go for a fourth?).
Simon, 10 months, looking cute Simon Kagle was born on June 15, 2004 in Santa Clara, California. He is an incredibly silly and energetic little man who makes his parents feel tired (but happy) every day. He attends preschool two days a week and in his spare time enjoys plumbing, electronics, music, dancing, and asking "why" over and over and over. He eats a lot and is oddly tall for his age. He speaks Simonese and English.
Winslow's head Winslow Kagle, a Maroon Bellied Conure born in 1994, is Matthew's first child. Winslow met his adopted Mom in 1997 and has enjoyed playing in her hair ever since. He also enjoys chewing, screaming "wee haw", cuddling on shoulders, hiding in drawers, and having his pin-feathers broken.
Hava, Matthew, Simon, the Fetus and Winslow live in Mountain View, California and have no intention of moving away for at least 18 years.
