The following three images were taken on Thursday, November 20 - 11 weeks, 5 days gestation.

Image one: notice the "X" on the right side of the image. The top of the X are the baby's knees, the bottom are the baby's feet. (Legs crossed)

Image two: Simon sucking his thumb.

Image three: Simon playing with his nose. Measurement taken: 5.03 cm = 2 inches head to rump.

Here is an upright photo of Simon at 16 weeks gestation. Note the big head and big belly - everything else is hidden.

Here is the 36 week ultrasound (it was a quick one to check position). I've added super creepy drawings so it is easier to see what is going on in the real thing. This is only his face. The two round objects near the bottom of the image are his fists. Look at the lovely cheek bones and nice chin. When the ultrasound was being done, the baby was easier to see (because of depth, motion, etc.).

Matthew's brother, Jon, noticed a striking resemblance between Simon's 36 week ultrasound photo and someone who is, well, not as cute:
